You are purchasing one ticket with the maximum number of six passengers that can sail on that ticket. The United State Coast Guard requires all infants and children, regardless of age, to be included in the six-passenger limit.
This total price is the cost of the boat and Captain. It does not include the cost of provisions (for meals onboard), meals ashore, dockage fees (i.e. staying at a marina Saturday night), or other expenses that you might choose to incur.

After 48 hours prior to the charter, no refund is available. Not showing up at the time of your charter is considered a cancellation.
Chartering is an outdoor activity, and there is always the risk of imperfect weather.
Passengers twelve (12) and under are required by law to wear life jackets while on the vessel. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining if their minors between the ages of 13-17 must wear a PFD. The person booking the charter is required to share our PFD policy with all members of their group.
Customers are welcome to bring beer or wine. Hard alcohol is not permitted. Federal regulations prohibit customers from bringing on board marijuana, marijuana-containing products, and/or illegal or illicit drugs. Smoking and vaping are also not permitted on board.
